You have provided the inputs for your Attributes such as Age, Education, Earnings and UK Experience and if your score so far is 75 or more, it is likely that you would be able to qualify under Tier 1 (General) Scheme if you score 10 points for your English Language proficiency as well as 10 points for Maintenance Funds availability.
However, if your score so far (for the Attributes) is less than 75 it is unlikely that you would be able to qualify under Tier 1 General even if you score 10 points each for English Language Requirements and Maintenance Funds.
Tier 1 General for Highly Skilled - English Language Requirements
You can score 10 points for English Language Requirements if you meet the criteria as laid down in Tier 1 General Scheme.
English Language Skills for Tier 1 (General) Scheme – Max Points 10
In the English Language Skills section, you must score ten points for your English language skills at the time of application. If you do not score these 10 points, your application will be refused.
If you are a citizen of a majority English speaking country you can automatically claim ten points for English language skills.
If you are not from a majority English speaking country, you can claim points either for an English language test or a degree taught in English equivalent to a bachelor's degree or above in the United Kingdom.
If you have successfully completed Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the UK, you would be able to score 10 points for English Language Skills
