If you are within the UK under a visa category that allows switching to the Spouse visa, you can apply to switch to Spouse or Partner category. Coronavirus and Covid 19 concession
If you came to the UK on a Marriage Visitor Visa or Fiance Visa and if your wedding or civil ceremony has been delayed because of coronavirus (COVID-19), you might still be able to request an extension or apply to extend your stay.
Your initial visa or leave to remain will be for two and a half years at the end of which you can apply for a further extension of two and a half years. You may be able to apply for permanent residency or indefinite leave to remain at the end of five years in the UK under spouse or partner visa.
You will need to pay visa application fees and also immigration health surcharge.
