Tier 1 (General) Scheme for Highly Skilled now expects you to score a total of 95 points which must include 10 Points for English Language skills and 10 Points for Maintenance Funds.

Please note that scoring enough points is simply the first step towards the successful application under Tier 1 General Scheme.. You will need to have appropriate original supporting documents to support your claim of points as above, without which your application may be refused.

Please note that you will need to provide enough and strong documentary evidences for all the points you score under all the sections of Tier 1 general application.

We would suggest that you get your application and the supporting documents assessed by a qualified immigration lawyer or adviser in the UK for a fully valid appraisal of your possible qualifying status. While we can not guarantee that your application will qualify on a further appraisal, there are numerous applicants who have found that they actually qualify after a proper appraisal.
